Trying to describe a lifestyle guided by sustainability, self-sufficiency, low footprint and quality living, we organize a workshop for all those at our farm in Nessonas.

Low footprint cooking devices (solar ovens, wood ovens, Dutch ovens, rocket stoves, pyromachia).
Food processing and maintenance constructions (solar dehydrators, smokers, cellars).
Housing (constructions with natural materials).
Energy (wind turbines, biogas, solar water heaters,solar panels,washing mashines).
Farming (natural farming, permaculture, aquariumponics).
Processing, preservation and storage of food (drying, preserves, compotes, pickles, salted, smoked, breads, cheeses, pasta).
Edible mushrooms (collection, storage, drying, sauces, pickles).
Herbs (collection, storage, formulations).
Sanitary and cleaning.
Most of the activities will be experiential and some even vertically integrated, from the collection of the materials in the natural environment, up to the completion of construction.
Time: From Thursday afternoon 16th until Sunday afternoon 19th of April.
Place: our farm at Nessonas. Some people, depending on the number of the participants, will have to use tents.
Equipment: For our outings will need boots, rain jacket, water bottle, pocket knife and backpack. You will also need camping equipment.
Diet: Vegan that we hope to complement and with foods that will collect in the countryside.
