This tiny house in Lesvos is the product of the first attempt to work with local authorities, organizations and trainees. So it was an initiative of the island’s cultural organizations, in cooperation with the municipality of Mantamados and with the assistance of volunteers. It took 10 days of eight hours on average daily manual work under quite high temperatures. With all the local materials that were available we made a tiny house that we hope it will work as a museum of clay. We believe that it can help to transfer forgotten knowledge to the next generations. Very few materials were bought so the overall cost was almost zero. The house stood among the global top ten tiny natural homes in www.naturalhomes.org site.
